Everyone was nice and made sure I was comfortable and informed while I waited. The service manager is awesome. Andie/ Brook was nice starting from our initial phone to the finish. Lamar also assisted in making this a great experience. There was a service guy but I don’t remember his name. He was great too.

I would like talk to the guy who really did the work on my car. The person that signed me in knows nothing about my car and I have questions about my car. The first time I bought my car there it was under warranty. They were trying to sell me a warranty and my car had unlimited warranty. I wanted to talk to someone and they said I had to schedule an appointment.. now that my warranty is expired, now I get a list of things that should have been fixed under warranty..

I came into Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport to simply get a leaking windshield fixed on a 2025 Mercedes. Turns out I was lied to by the selling staff, and my vehicle had the windshield replaced before I bought it, but I was not informed. The windshield was incorrectly installed, causing water damage to the inside of my vehicle. I was very disappointed in the service department at Mercedes-Benz in Shreveport. When working with a luxury car brand, I feel like it's important to have amazing service.

Disorganized, gave out misinformation, said the car was ready and it wasn’t, extended wait, and then had to drive to another location to pick the vehicle up. All they did was clear a code and fixed nothing.
I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz in Shreveport, Louisiana on March 29, 2025. The vehicle was represented and sold as meeting Mercedes-Benz USA’s Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) standards, which require a thorough inspection and no undisclosed accident history.
However, after purchase I discovered the following serious issues:
1. Undisclosed Accident History
• Vehicle history reports (Carfax/AutoCheck) revealed that the car had previously been involved in an accident in 2022. This was not disclosed at the time of sale, despite the vehicle being marketed and sold as a “certified” vehicle.
